We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs!

• Return transit time: 5–10 business days for us to receive the item.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
• Bank refund time: 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Most refunds are processed faster than this timeframe!
